The first conversation is used to understand your matter and tell you whether you actually need litigation — the consultation fee, if any, is confirmed to you in advance so there is never an unexpected bill.
Our counsel appear before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Rajasthan High Court, District and Commercial Courts, the NCLT, the NGT, consumer forums, labour authorities and arbitral tribunals — both domestic and international.
Bring whatever you have: any notice, summons, FIR copy, agreement, correspondence, cheque or order relating to the matter, along with photo identification. Incomplete papers are not a problem — we will tell you what else to collect and in what order.
We provide a written fee structure before the engagement begins — fixed fee for defined work such as drafting, registration or a bail application, and stage-wise fees for litigation. Court fees and other out-of-pocket expenses are billed separately at actuals.
